Beta Rewards

NIOGA rewards diligent testers with loot. Loot includes free packs, Beta reward cards, and other cool stuff.

You earn your own loot, by testing and reporting.

[Nov 29, 2003]

The Beta Rewards program is not yet finalized. All details are subject to change.

We remember everybody's Beta Reward points, retroactive to Revolutions release (July 19).

Please don't ask us where your points are. We are still working on a way to display them.

Point Values

Every bug list entry has a point value P.

Points are credited to each account separately.

If a bug entry already has 2 strikes, and then 5 testers send reports for it, then all 5 testers will earn full points for that entry (and then the entry will be closed). All 5 testers will receive credit for a "strike 3" report.

Other Beta activities may also earn Beta Reward points, to be determined later.

Beta Loot

You may exchange Beta Reward points in your account for loot at any time.

We will work out a mechanism later. The simplest way is for you to send e-mail to a special account and tell us what you want.
